My goal is to help you get up and running rapidly, with great funding sources and a marketing plan that is easy and takes very little time for a great result.

With that in mind, during the next few months, you’re going to learn step-by-step how to:

• Introduce people who need money with funding sources, for large finder's fees
• Get lenders and loan servicers to agree to modify a business loan, whether it's yours, those of friends and family, or clients
• Make money in hot and little-known funding opportunities including converting IRAs to Self Directed IRAs (works with 401(k)s and SEPS too)
• Arrange loans to build or expand an existing business
• Tap into vast reservoirs of government guaranteed loans
• Get equity funds and hedge funds who have tens or hundreds of millions to lend NOW
• Work with DIRECT lenders, never brokers, to get funding sources

You’ll also be learning how to find hundreds of millions in business loans even when the big national banks are not lending anything . You’ll be able to leverage the information you learn here into deals that will bring in tens of thousands in commissions. And you’ll be learning exactly where to look for these deals.

The course is broken down into five modules that contain video training, audio presentations, written documentation, recorded calls with experts, bonus materials and more.

From this page you can access all of the modules.  The initial training is is spaced out over a period of approximately 6 weeks.  You can immediately access the General Information and Documents and the Direct Lender Alliance page to review the training calls and webinars we have held plus Training Module 1 upon registration.

The subsequent modules will automatically become available to you as the course progresses and you'll receive invites to Q & A calls as we hold them several times between modules. Get caught up with other students' questions and ask your own.

This is the schedule of the modules after module 1:

Important note: All online deal/loan submissions must come from you the Student, not your client.
We will only accept online loan submission forms from your registered student email .
Partners, brokers and clients are not allowed to access the course and submit online deal forms to us. Do not suggest to your client to send us information directly unless we request it from them. We only accept the initial online loan requests from our Students.
